The 1997 action horror film "Anaconda" is getting a reboot.

A new trailer was released for "Anaconda," starring Jack Black and Paul Rudd, poking fun at the original film released nearly three decades ago. This new comedy horror version is set to be released by Sony Pictures on Christmas 2025.

The premise of the film follows a group of friends who are going through a midlife crisis. They decide to remake a favorite movie from their youth, but encounter unexpected events when they enter the jungle, according to IMDB. The film also stars Thandiwe Newton and Steve Zahn.

Rudd and Black confirmed the project last year and announced its Dec. 25 release date in a promotional video clip uploaded on YouTube , reported Variety.
