CLEVELAND (WJW) – The rankings are in on airport passenger satisfaction, and it’s clear that Cleveland Hopkins International Airport could use some improvement.
The 2025 North America Airport Satisfaction Study from J.D. Power measures overall customer satisfaction at airports based on several key areas: • Accessibility • Terminal facilities • Airport staff • Food, beverage, retail • Arrival/departure experience
Airports are ranked in three categories: mega, large and medium.
Cleveland Hopkins is in the medium category.
Out of 18 airports, it ranks 17th.
