ATLANTA — It appears the Jake Paul vs. Gervonta Davis fight that was to be held at State Farm Arena on November 14 is now on hold and may need to find a new state to be staged in, as Georgia authorities confirmed Wednesday that applications for the fight have been withdrawn.

USA Today first reported Wednesday the fight was in limbo as Jake Paul's fight promotion venture, Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), withdrew its application and waiver for what was to be a 65-pound weight difference between Paul and Davis.

The Georgia Secretary of State's Office confirmed to 11Alive that MVP's application with the Georgia Boxing Commission for the fight was withdrawn. 11Alive has also reached out to State Farm Arena for more information.
