ADAM Levine of Maroon 5 has been accused of treating Travie McCoy like 'chopped liver' after failing to acknowledge his part in their collaboration on hit song, Stereo Hearts.
Travie was chatting on the Go With Elmo podcast recently, delving into the musical process of creating songs with Adam and producer, Benny Blanco.
Travie worked with Benny on the song Stereo Hearts for his band Gym Class Heroes, and while crafting the track Adam expressed interest in wanting it for his own band, Maroon 5.
But Travie was firm in his decision on wanting the song for himself, in the end deciding to include The Voice judge as a featured artist where he sings the chorus on the well-known tune.
