ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A preliminary hearing for a man accused of breaking into a rental car belonging to Beyoncé’s team has been rescheduled after attorneys appeared before a judge on Wednesday.

Kelvin Evans faces a charge of entering an automobile with the intent to commit theft. He was arrested for a parole violation on Aug. 26.
