A new report has revealed the top 10 fastest-growing metros in North America projected through 2035, and Edmonton is looking promising.

Higher Caps, a social marketplace for real estate, comprised the top 10 cities on the list by rating them on four key factors: natural population growth, net migration, AI-related impact, and climate resiliency, each scored out of 10.

The scores are then combined to form an overall total of 40, with higher scores indicating stronger projected growth potential over the next decade.

The top 10 fastest-growing cities in North America projected through 2035 are as follows:

Toronto-Waterloo Corridor, Ont., with a score of 34

Calgary, Alta., with a score of 32

Raleigh-Durham, N.C., with a score of 31

Edmonton, Alta., with a score of 31
