WARREN The suspect in an arson at a Warren home in July has been indicted by a grand jury.

According to the indictment, 33-year-old Andrew Jordan was indicted on four counts of aggravated arson in connection with a fire at a home on the 600 Block of Porter Street in Warren July 13. The first three counts are first-degree felonies and the fourth count is a second-degree felony.

Jordan is set to be arraigned September 23 before Judge Sarah Kovoor.

A man believed to be Jordan was captured on a Ring doorbell camera video walking on the front porch of the home with a cigarette in his mouth and a cup in his hand.

The video cuts off, but resumes to show the man running away from the fire. Investigators believe Jordan to have set the fire with a t-shirt from a clothesline on the porch.
