LONDON — London City Council member Justin Young and his ex-girlfriend appeared in Laurel District Court Wednesday morning for dual arraignments following the service of warrants earlier this week related to domestic dispute claims.

Young, 49, is being charged with fourth-degree assault (dating violence with minor injury) and second-degree criminal mischief. Crystal Hoskins, 41, of Corbin, faces charges of third-degree terroristic threatening and fourth-degree assault (dating violence with minor injury).
