Melroy Lemon, 93, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2025, at Maple Springs Assisted Living in North Logan, Utah, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on February 20, 1932, in Paradise, Utah, to William and Lula Lemon. The fourth of nine children, Melroy grew up in a close-knit family and cherished those roots throughout his life.
After graduating from South Cache High School in 1951, Melroy enlisted in the United States Air Force. He proudly served in the Korean War as a Military Policeman, earning the rank of Sergeant.
After his military service, Melroy worked for a time at Thiokol and later as a railroad engineer before beginning a long and dedicated career at E.A. Miller’s. He served as a foreman on the kill floor, where
