PULLMAN, Wash. — The Washington State Cougars are a near 20-point underdog according to DraftKings Sportsbook for Saturday's Apple Cup clash with the Washington Huskies, but the game will be back on the Palouse after two consecutive years playing in Seattle.

The rivalry game dates back to 1900, and despite all the changes experienced by both schools in the past few years, the rivalry still has plenty of meaning for both sides.

"We have a goal here and one of our goals is to own the state of Washington," UW head coach Jedd Fisch said.

"This is going to be an intense game, an emotional game for a lot of our players," WSU head coach Jimmy Rodgers said.
