The New Orleans Saints tried out four offensive linemen on Tuesday.

They signed two of them.

The Saints added tackle Sataoa Laumea and guard William Sherman to the practice squad, the team announced Wednesday. The moves were made as New Orleans deals with injuries along the offensive line.

In addition to those moves, the Saints signed safety Terrell Burgess to the active roster and placed defensive tackle Vernon Broughton on injured reserve. Burgess was elevated from the practice squad and played in Sunday’s loss to the San Francisco 49ers. The veteran helps fill a void after Julian Blackmon suffered a season-ending shoulder injury in Week 1.

Broughton, a third-round rookie from Texas, was placed on injured reserve after suffering a season-ending hip injury against the 49ers. Coach K
