Upon Donald Trump’s arrival in the U.K. on Wednesday, the president was heard making a comment about Kate Middleton’s appearance.

The President and First Lady Melania Trump were greeted by the Prince and Princess of Wales moments after stepping off Marine One to the grounds of Windsor Castle.

As the couples shook hands, Trump told Princess Kate , “You’re beautiful, so beautiful.”

Trump previously made similar comments about Prince William’s appearance during his one-on-one meeting with the Prince of Wales in 2024, describing the throne’s heir as “very handsome.”

The president’s trip to the U.K. comes after an invitation from King Charles for a state visit. Trump joined the royal family for a procession that featured dozens of carriages, 1,300 military personnel, 120 horses.
