MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A woman who heard shots outside her Raleigh apartment complex which injured a teen told WREG that it brings back painful memories.

At around 6:40 p.m., officers responded to a shooting at an apartment complex in the 4200 block of Ridgestone Drive.

Video surveillance from the area showed the suspect getting out of the SUV and firing shots at the victim’s vehicle.

A 15-year-old boy inside the car was hit twice in the shoulder. That teenager wounded in the shooting is expected to be okay.
