The widow of a young dad who was killed in a crash has issued a statement after a trial against two brothers accused of causing his death dramatically collapsed.
Father-of-two Rhys Jenkins, 41, died in a crash on the A483 in Wales in November last year. His nine-year-old son, Ioan, was in the car with him and suffered a serious head injury in the collision.
Abubakr Ben Yusaf, 29, and his brother Umar Ben Yusaf, 34, of Esmond Road in Manchester, both denied causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving. Abubakr Ben Yusaf also denied causing death while uninsured.
