MAINE, USA — Across the country, people are learning the limits of free speech. Some employees are facing harsh consequences for social media posts about the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Here in Maine, a few employees are now under investigation for their own online comments.
The Maine National Guard and a couple of school districts have confirmed investigations into social media posts allegedly made by employees following Kirk’s death.
