A City Hall employee fired after an incident involving her boyfriend, who worked for another city department, and his anger over the way his boss allegedly propositioned her, today sued the city, the mayor and one of the officers called to her boyfriend's Chinatown apartment alleging, among other things, First Amendment, due process and equal-protection violations and discrimination against her because of a disability for which she was on leave after surgery.
