The Washington Commanders are heading into a Week 3 game against the Las Vegas Raiders, and they may have to do it without star quarterback Jayden Daniels.
In the loss to the Green Bay Packers, it was a rough night for Daniels. The Packers were able to get pressure on him the entire night, as they sacked him four times. Daniels suffered a sprained knee after being tackled in the second half. He stayed in and finished the game, but got an MRI the next day.
On Wednesday, coach Dan Quinn spoke with reporters to give more of an update on the status of Daniels.
"We're going to be smart,not just fast," Quinn said.
Quinn said that the Daniels has a good rehab session. However, the fact that Daniels won't be practicing until Friday at the earliest could very well be an indication that backup M
