BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A judge in Ohio is no longer a member of the advisory board for the Joe Burrow Foundation after comments he made on social media regarding the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

State Representative Adam Mathews (R-Lebanon) confirmed that Hamilton County Municipal Judge Ted Berry was removed from the foundation's board.

Mathews provided screenshots of the comments he said Berry made online.

Among those comments were, "So, a white guy killed him! Color it KARMA!" In a separate thread, Berry wrote, "Rest in Hatred and Division!" The judge continued by saying, "He spewed hate and division. How's he feel about gun violence & gun control in Hell, now?"
