CONNECTICUT, USA — The Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles said Wednesday that services are unavailable due to a "statewide outage."

According to an alert on the state DMV website , they have canceled appointments for in-person services for the remainder of Wednesday as a result of the outage.

The DMV said they plan to communicate with customers on how they can reschedule an appointment.

There is currently no word on what caused the outage.
