WACO, Texas (KWTX) - An apartment dweller and his home health-care provider who claim they suffered traumatic brain injuries because of a natural gas leak are suing a Waco apartment complex.

William Lowry and Harlem Walton are seeking from $1 million to $5 million in their lawsuit, filed in Waco’s 170th State District Court, against Sunrise Pointe Equity Partners, doing business as Sunrise Pointe Apartments, Multi Family Capital Partners and Tarantino Properties.

The lawsuit identifies Lowry as a resident of the Sunrise Pointe Apartments at 901 Wooded Acres Drive and Walton as a licensed home health-care provider who regularly visited the complex to care for Lowry.
