ARLINGTON, Va. — Careful about handing in your college essays late, they may be graded by a former vice president.
At least that's if you're a student at George Mason University, where, starting next spring, former Vice President Mike Pence will reportedly become professor Pence at the Schar School of Policy and Government in Arlington.
Dubbed a "professor of practice" by the public research universty, Pence will apparently lean on his own experience not only as the 47th vice president but also as the former governor of Indiana and a former congressman from Indiana.
GMU described Pence as having a "unique, firsthand understanding of how government operates on multiple levels" and gives students an "uncommon vantage point into recent history."
