LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

A person is in the hospital after a stabbing at a Louisville Waffle House.

MetroSafe said the stabbing happened around 4:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 4300 block of Bishops Lane near Newburg Road.

WLKY NewsChopper flew over the area, where multiple LMPD vehicles were stationed outside the restaurant.

The extent of the person's injuries was not immediately available.
