FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The Fayetteville City Council has approved the commission of a $125,000 sculpture for the Upper Ramble.
City documents said the sculpture, named "Cambrata," is set to be created by Seattle-based artist David Eaton, the founder of Partwise LLC.
The sculpture will be 15 feet in diameter and 12 feet tall. The project is described as immersive and interactive.
"Crafted from brake-formed aluminum and finished with a vibrant palette of ten colors, the sculpture draws inspiration from nature's structural forms, such as branching, folding, spiraling, and layering," city documents said.
