Suspicious bag near Charlie Kirk memorial in Phoenix deemed harmless

PHOENIX, Ariz. – Officials in Arizona investigated a suspicious bag left near a memorial for Charlie Kirk this morning. The Phoenix Police Department responded to the scene outside the headquarters for Turning Point USA.

Police later confirmed that the bag was not a threat. Kirk, who served as the CEO of Turning Point USA, was shot and killed during a speaking event in Utah last week.
