BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - Bryan City leaders held a special meeting Tuesday night, where they voted to approve the annexation of more than 160 acres south of West OSR and Fazzino Lane, bringing the property under city oversight as leaders continue to plan for growth in what’s called the Innovation Corridor.
The land, owned by Dodd Family Holdings LLC, will be split between Planned Development–Mixed Use zoning and Innovation Corridor–Retail Services zoning. While the plan allows for future possibilities such as a data center, the city says no specific project has been announced.
