NISSWA — Lakes Area Shooting Sports near Nisswa offers a free, family-friendly Youth Outdoor Expo from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20.

Activities include birdhouse building; shooting trap, BB and .22; archery; a blood tracking trail; and stations by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Wall of Shame, 4-H, Boy Scouts, Mount Ski Gull, Northland Arboretum, fur trappers and more.

A free lunch will be available, along with door prizes for kids and a special door prize of a Magnum Research Baby Desert Eagle for adults in attendance.
