Multiple officers were injured during a shooting in central Pennsylvania and at least two were transported to the hospital, a source familiar with the situation told CNN . The shooting suspect is dead from an apparant self-inflicted gunshot wound, the source said.

“WellSpan York Hospital is currently treating two individuals related to the police incident in North Codorus Township,” a hospital spokesperson said in a statement. “Both are in serious condition. Enhanced security protocols are in place at the hospital.”

The incident appears to have occurred while o fficers were serving a court order , the source said.
