PHILADELPHIA — Eagles offensive tackle Jordan Mailata doesn’t care about the negative criticism surrounding the tush push, especially not ESPN insider Adam Schefter’s opinion on it.

“I don’t give a f--- what Adam Schefter says, to be honest,” Mailata said Wednesday when asked if Schefter’s comments could affect how referees police the play. “I ain’t the one calling the plays on my team. ... Pardon my language, pardon my French. I’m not calling the plays, and I don’t care what Adam Schefter says. Sorry about that.”

Schefter said on Monday’s episode of “Get Up” that the tush push was the reason the Eagles beat the Chiefs on Sunday, 20-17. Philadelphia used the tush push six times on Sunday, and Chiefs players and media pundits accused the Eagles of false-starting on a few QB snea
