Newfoundland and Labrador curler Brad Gushue — a two-time Olympic medallist who has won more national men's curlling championships than anyone else in the sport — has announced he will retire from competitive curling at the end of his next season.
Gushue made the announcement in a video on social media Wednesday, citing a desire to spend more time with his family, and completion of the goals he set out to achieve as an athlete.
