A $30 million, 101-room hotel is planned for the Pullman neighborhood on Chicago's far South Side.

It's the first new hotel to be built south of Hyde Park on Chicago's far South Side in 40 years.

A Hampton by Hilton Hotel was approved by the Chicago Plan Commission and is expected to create 25 jobs. Construction is expected to start in early 2026.
