Nearly 20 years ago, the Safe Haven star, 52, purchased a plot of land in rural Minnesota as an escape from Hollywood . In the years since, he’s built a house from the ground up for the perfect “off-the-grid” lifestyle. Today, he enjoys the property with his sons Shepherd, 1, Axl, 12 , and wife Audra Mari, 31 .
