Washington Examiner’s Joe Concha said the latest setback in prosecuting President Donald Trump further illustrates how the legal battles “almost helped” Trump.

The Georgia Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal from Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis on Tuesday, leaving in place a lower-court ruling that disqualified her from prosecution. Concha noted “how times have changed” from two years ago, when Trump faced dozens of indictments while campaigning for president.
