NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. —

Three teens have been charged after a shooting at a fast-food restaurant in North Charleston, South Carolina.

On Sept. 12, officers with the North Charleston Police Department responded to a shooting at the Raising Cane's on Rivers Avenue.

Officers said a teenage boy was shot inside the restaurant and transported to the hospital.

On Wednesday evening, officers announced that charges have been filed against three teens.

Two teenage boys have been charged with attempted murder and kidnapping. One of the boys is also facing a charge of possession of a weapon during a violent crime. A teenage girl has been charged with accessory after the fact, according to law enforcement.

Officials said all three juveniles are being charged as juveniles.
