Capturing that essence is no easy feat, but Tamworth Regional Gallery's new exhibition, Bush Lines, promises to do just that.
The exhibition brings together paintings, sculptures, video, and photography from across the nation, drawn from both the Art Gallery of NSW and Tamworth's own century-old collection.
The result is a rare cultural milestone for the region: an artistic dialogue between local and national stories, stitched together through the lens of landscape.
