People still seeking answers in the death of Marchello Woodard once again take an emotional plea to Erie City Hall.
After Wednesday night's Erie City Council meeting, a group gathered outside near Perry Square to protest the lack of transparency and the length of time the investigation is taking.
It's been 77 days since state police said Woodard was shot to death by a state parole officer.
Inside city hall, family, friends and community members spent almost an hour urging council to help them get information about the shooting that killed Woodard.
The state police and Erie County District Attorney's Office are conducting the investigation.
