CHICAGO (WLS) -- The fiancée of the man who was killed in a crash in the aftermath of last week's Louis Vuitton smash-and-grab-burglary on the Magnificent Mile spoke to ABC7 Chicago.
Roanne Masangkay spoke Wednesday from her bedroom at home, where she is resting after giving birth to her and the victim's son the day after the crash.
Speaking strongly and proudly, but with the unmistakable tone of someone shattered by these events, Masangkay wants justice for her fiancé Mark Arecta, who she says was a kind and loving man, eager to welcome his son into this world.
