PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. - Frustrations are growing in the Higgins Community with break-ins on the rise over the last month.

Pamella Boton and Rodney Bolden spoke with KARK 4 News about the situation.

"With me, it happened at 3 o'clock in the morning," Boton said.

Like a thief in the night, they say the person of interest strikes when everyone is asleep.

The Pulaski County sheriff's office reported nine cases of breaking or entering, and one residential burglary in August and September.

Pamella Boton and her husband's car were broken into, and the person responsible got away with over $100, along with their IDs.

She says she hasn't been able to get much rest since.

"Being violated like that, every sound that you hear, you sprout up to see what's going on," Boton said.
