The former head of the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) has lost her bid to overturn a finding by the ACT Integrity Commission that she engaged in serious corruption.
Leanne Cover launched the legal action in the ACT Supreme Court, at the same time as she sought to prevent the public release of the report.
That first bid failed, and the commission released the report on what it dubbed 'Operation Luna' on its website.
But until now, the result of the judicial review was not known.
The commission's report found Ms Cover engaged in "serious corrupt conduct" when she failed to consult with the CIT board about $8.5 million, awarded to "complexity and systems thinker" Patrick Hollingworth.
