A woman who conceived a baby using a stranger's sperm sourced for free through Facebook says she has "no regrets" but absolutely "would never recommend it". Laura Coldman, 33, found herself single in August 2018 and was desperate to have another child.

Already mum to a six-year-old, she wanted to give her son a sibling and turned to Facebook groups to locate a sperm donor. Two months after joining, a donor messaged Lauren directly - offering his services.
