A livid mother has withdrawn her 12-year-old daughter from school , alleging that she was penalised for wearing a skirt that was merely 2cm too short. Cola Glenny, 34, claims her daughter Pearl was left in tears following a "military-style" inspection at the Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo, where teachers allegedly measured girls' skirts. ‌
