STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Congestion is reported on the major bridges and highways on Staten Island during the Thursday morning rush hour.

A crash has been reported on the Staten Island Expressway Brooklyn-bound near the interchange with the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Expressway. During the emergency response, two left lanes are blocked, according to 511NY.

Congestion on the expressway is backing up onto the Goethals Bridge Staten Island-bound. Delays of about 15 minutes in all lanes are reported from New Jersey Turnpike Exit 13, over the Goethals Bridge, to the West Shore Expressway interchange, according to 511NY.
