A mother and her two daughters stabbed early Wednesday morning at their Mesa apartment near Dobson and Broadway roads are being treated at a hospital and are expected to survive, Mesa police said.

“All victims are expected to survive and are getting treated at a hospital. The suspect has not been located at this point, but officers are working hard to process the evidence and follow up to potential leads,” Mesa Police Detective John Dreyer, public information officer, stated in a Sept. 17 email. “This is still early in the investigation, and there is no information to give out about the suspect at this time.”
