In today’s culture, we often measure our worth by numbers. We frequently compare ourselves to others based on the size of their homes, the newness of their cars, or the amount in their bank accounts. Social media followers, diplomas displayed on the wall, and job titles become metrics of success. While achieving these things can be commendable, they fail to capture the true essence of who we are.

Recently, a friend navigating unemployment expressed frustration that others often define them solely by their job title. However, this person is embodying kindness and authenticity, qualities that are far more valuable. Authentic leadership arises when we r
