On Wednesday night, Duquesne Light presented their Duquesne Light Company After-Action Review to Allegheny County's Special Committee on Emergency Preparedness and After-Action Review.

The meeting finally happened almost five months after the "unprecedented" April 29 storms left more than 300,000 customers without power, some for over a week. The company was originally supposed to appear last month, but canceled two hours before the meeting. Advertisement

“We do acknowledge, like I said, that things did not go well,” said Jennifer Neiswonger, director of customer experience at Duquesne Light.
