The Met Office has put in place a fresh yellow weather warning for this weekend, with huge parts of the UK caught under the banner.
Northeast England, northwest England, southwest Scotland, Strathclyde, Yorkshire and Humber, Central, Tayside and Fife, and Northern Ireland, will all be impacted.
The weather authority states: "There is a small chance that heavy rainfall may cause some transport disruption and flooding."
The yellow alert is in place for Saturday (September 20) and Sunday (September 21) with the Met Office saying that there is a small chance of fast-flowing or deep water that could cause “danger to life”.
They added: "Rainfall will spread northeastwards on Saturday, and become persistent and at times heavy.
