Madonna is readying the release of her new studio album, and it’s officially going to be the follow-up to Confessions on a Dance Floor !

The “Hung Up” icon confirmed on Thursday (September 18) that she’s just returned to her longtime record label, Warner Records.

If you didn’t know, Madonna was with Warner for the first 25 years of her career before leaving and signing a 360 deal with Live Nation.
