ORLANDO, Fla. — A man who became unresponsive after riding a roller coaster at Universal's Epic Universe park died at the hospital, according to officials

A theme park spokesperson said in a a statement that the guest went unresponsive after going on on Wednesday, which is a large, thrilling roller coaster with two tracks that race and weave through each other.

"We are devastated by this tragic event and extend our sincerest sympathies to the guest's loved ones. We are fully cooperating with Orange County and the ongoing investigation," the spokesperson said.

The ride is currently closed.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office said the visitor was in his thirties.

The back in May. It includes five immersive new worlds, each with its own rides, attractions, shows, bars and restaurants.
