Home furnishings retailer Kirkland’s Home will soon be converting all of its locations to the newly revamped Bed Bath & Beyond Home brand. In a press release issued Tuesday, the retailer confirmed it sold its intellectual property rights to Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. for $10 million.

The deal also includes a $20 million expansion of the existing credit agreement with Bed Bath & Beyond that will be used to support current operations, along with planned store conversions and channel expansion.
