STARK COUNTY, Ohio — The Jackson Township Police Department reports that the man accused of abducting a 31-year-old woman, triggering a Missing Adult Alert, has been arrested.

In a release, police say Jamie Triplett, 38, was booked into the Stark County Jail. He is facing charges of aggravated robbery, kidnapping, disrupting public service, and aggravated menacing.

At approximately 6:23 p.m. on Wednesday evening, Jackson Township officers responded to a residence in the 6880 block of Sunset Strip Ave. NW for a report of a missing person. It was reported that Kayla Marie Giltz had been taken against her will by Triplett.
