Call the Midwife has been a fixture on Netflix (at least in the United States) for the past decade or so and has seen regular updates on the platform. As you may have heard, Call the Midwife has been renewed for season 15 (and beyond!) and should be headed to Netflix. Here’s what we know about the future of the show so far, and when you can expect S15 to stream on Netflix.

On the air since 2012, the BBC series has undergone significant evolution since its inception, spanning multiple decades with a large, rotating cast, while the central plot has remained focused on midwives delivering babies. Now, in the 1970s, season 14 aired in early 2025 and just landed on Netflix alongside its Christmas specials on September 15th, 2025.
